We make accessing and using your credit line more convenient with these options:
- Credit Line Checks*
You can access your credit line by using checks. If you did not select this option when completing your credit application and checks are an available option with your account, you can order checks at any time by contacting the Client Success Team.
Please note that when using checks, your credit line funds must be available to satisfy the entire check amount.
- Online Banking
You can access your credit line using our Online Banking Funds Transfer feature. For example, you can transfer funds between your credit line with us and like-titled U.S. bank accounts at other financial institutions.
Important: ACH payment requests initiated by a third party to draw funds from your credit line are prohibited and will be rejected. The initiating third party may charge you a fee if the ACH transaction is rejected.
- Wire Transfers
You can initiate, authorize and submit one-time wire transfer requests from your credit line electronically by using DocuSign® (choose "Electronic Signature" below) or by completing and emailing or faxing us a downloadable wire request form (choose "Physical Signature" below). Callback verification is required prior to our processing of the wire transfer. Wire transfer requests received prior to 4:00 PM ET will be processed the same business day if funds are available and call back verification has been completed.
